Profile in client success: Gauge Telematics

Monday, March 7, 2011 by Meg Shireman
It isn't often that business law firms have the opportunity to really celebrate the success of clients.  Typically, the day to day is more about filing regulations with the SEC, setting up corporations and the like with the IRS, and drafting contracts, agreements and subscriptions.

Always out to break the law firm mold, Alerding Castor Hewitt, along with KSM Consulting, had the privilege of hosting a launch party for our client, Gauge Telematics, last week to both honor their success to date and toast to a bright future ahead.

An Indiana technology company, Gauge was founded to combat the often confusing landscape of telematics companies.  Due diligence becomes difficult with so many GPS tracking resellers, OEM systems and third party owners.  With Gauge's solution in place -software, hardware, and the user interface combined- companies from small fleet operators to large manufacturers have complete control.

The March 3rd party gave Gauge President, Mike Paredes, and his team the chance to share an inside look at the MileMarker and Fleet Telematics products with the Indianapolis technocracy. The event also gave us the opportunity to share our excitement about the company, create buzz about what they're doing, and share with the community all of the fantastic things we see in them.

It's been a privilege to work with Mike's crew for so many months and this launch party was our way of saying thank you and best wishes for what we are certain will be a successful future.

*Stay tuned, photos from the event to follow!
