SaaS LAW AND BUSINESS LAW – CLIENTS CONNECTING

Friday, October 15, 2010 by Scott Kreider

Your friendly Indianapolis attorney at Alerding Castor Hewitt, LLP here with some exciting news about a SaaS law client and a business law client:  ExactTarget and O’Reilly’s Irish Bar and Restaurant.  Once its build-out is complete, ExactTarget will be moving some of its people into a new space across the street from us in the Century Building.  This is a company that continues to grow, and we are excited to witness it happen and wish ExactTarget continued success.

To help celebrate and welcome the Century Building’s new tenant, O’Reilly’s will be offering two libations named in the SaaS law entity’s honor:  an ExactTarget draft beer and an ExactTarget martini.  I don’t know what they will taste like, but I’m sure that they will hit the spot and I look forward to sampling the beverages.  (Sláinte!  Air do shlàinte!)

Speaking of tasty, O’Reilly’s will also be unveiling a new menu soon.  Two of the dishes are planned to be named after Alerding Castor Hewitt, LLP members:  the Stephen Spinach Salad (after Chris Stephen) and the Alerding Fish Sandwich (after Mike Alerding, although we tell Mike it’s really named after his dad at Alerding & Co., LLC so that it doesn’t go to his head).

This news illustrates some of the most rewarding aspects of working at Alerding Castor Hewitt, LLP:  having our clients succeed in their business endeavors, and witnessing them make connections with each another and being good neighbors.  These things serve to strengthen our community, and I hope it continues.  Here’s to ExactTarget, O’Reilly’s, and all of our clients having a long and prosperous future.
