Alerding Castor distinguishes itself from other business law firms by focusing on business clients that help define culture.  Our business clients are largely software licensing, Internet technology (SaaS) and professional services organizations, but more generally, they are all part of what Richard Florida defines as the "Creative Class".  These are companies that create meaningful new forms, develop economic advantages, and create a culture for a geographic region.
